What file format should I send?
A high-resolution PDF, JPG, or PNG at 150 DPI or higher at final print size is perfect. Our configurator checks your file's resolution as you upload. No print-ready file? Our team will help — see the next question.
Do you offer design help?
Yes. We check and clean up every file for free, and if you don't have a design at all, our in-house designers can create one for you. You'll never get a blurry or badly-cropped print from us.
Will I see a proof before it prints?
